The provincial greenhouse gas emissions reports including provincial emission reduction targets and plans were developed. The greenhouse gas emissions reduction potential of these 6 provinces is up to 10,683,253 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO2eq) by 2030.

The Local CFO project: There were 23 municipals participated in the project. with the greenhouse gas emissions reduction potential in 2030 up to 324,351 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent. The officials of 23 municipals were trained (on-the-job-training) to prepare their organization's carbon footprint reports and to develop greenhouse gas emission reduction guidelines that are appropriate to their organizations’ context. This could strengthen the greenhouse gas management system at the local level.
