On 7 December 2019, TGO/CITC together with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Overseas Environmental Cooperation Center, Japan (OECC) organized the COP25 side event on “Southeast Asia Regional Focused Dialogue: Designing National MRV Framework for Tracking Progress of NDCs and City-level Climate Action” at Japan Pavilion. On 9 December 2019, TGO/CITC together with ONEP, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Overseas Environmental Cooperation Center, Japan (OECC) organized the COP25 side event on “Sharing Experiences from ASEAN Countries: Developing Country Approaches on NDC Target Tracking and Capacity Building Needs” at Thai Pavilion. In which these 2 sessions had exchanging and sharing experience on Measurement, Reporting and Verification: MRV Framework of ASEAN countries as well as training need assessment analysis of ASEAN.

               On 11 December 2019, TGO/CITC together with Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) organized the COP25 side event on “Sharing Experiences on Low Carbon Management in Thailand” at Thai Pavilion. In this regard, Deputy Executive Director of TGO delivered presentation on role of TGO on greenhouse gas reduction activities and Mr. Patana Sangsriroujana, Deputy Governor – Strategy of EGAT delivered presentation on EGAT's energy management policy for enhancing greenhouse gas reduction.
