6thJanuary 2021, Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) or TGO by Mr. Kiatchai Maitriwong, Executive Director of Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization gave an interview to a television program “The World after Covid-19” to Thai PBS (Digital TV Channel 3) in the topic of “Carbon Credit: One of the environmental management approaches” to present the details about carbon credit system and also the mechanism of Thailand Voluntary Emission Reduction Program (T-VER). This interview is one of the dissemination activity for public knowledge aim to promote understanding the use of market mechanism as a tool for greenhouse gas emission reduction and environmental management which lead to preparation for the change and green recovery after the emerging disease "COVID-19" pandemic
“The World after Covid-19” TV Program address to 4 topics of the carbon credit mechanism include (1) What is carbon credit?, (2) An overview of carbon credit market in Thailand and global market, (3) What is the T-VER project?, and (4) How the carbon credit mechanism can help the environment. This program is scheduled to broadcast in March onwards.
